In summary this story is about low income people who have signed into a program based in San Francisisco named Earn. If the customers complete a series of financial management classes and have a liable goal to use the money, for example buying a house, they will recieve the money. The amount is decided by every dollar a participan saves up to $2000, Earn pays $2. Also this story is also telling you how these people started to save their money.
My opinion is that this organization is great and I wish i could sign into it.
